We are open from 9.30 am to 8.30pm.

Unlimited Day & Evening Training 

Mixed Adult Classes - Childrens Classes

• Up to 15% discount
• Unlimited use of all the facilities during opening hours (9:00 am to 8:30 pm)
• Unlimited access to all our MSA Instructed Muay Thai & Cross Training classes including designated classes taught by Grand Master Sken
• Uniform & Insurance inclusive in our MSA Training Package

Off Peak

• Use of club only (Access limited) (9:00 am to 5:00 pm Weekdays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturdays)
• Unlimited use of all the facilities at restricted times of the day
• Use of designated classes

Ladies Only Training

• Discounted group personal training sessions
• Block booking personal training discounts
• Pay as you go

Student

• Unlimited use of all the facilities at restricted times of the day
• Use of restricted classes
• Student card required
