A. Orders

When you place an order, we will require your name, e-mail address, credit/debit card number and card expiry date, security code, credit card billing and delivery address. Without this information we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order.

A contact telephone number is also required so that we may reach you if there is a problem with your order, or if your order requires a delivery quote. We may, unless you advise us otherwise, pass this information to our couriers or other agents in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order.

As part of our efforts to ensure that you are aware of the latest developments and offers, we may also use this information to advise you of new products, special offers or changes to our site. Please ensure that you notify us of your preference for each e-mail address account given to us. Once your order has been despatched, the completion of the contract between MSA and yourself takes place.

Reasons why we may not be able to fulfill your order will include:

  1. The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
  2. Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
  3. The identification of a pricing or product description error
  4. Customers who fail to reach any order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions


If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by one of our Customer Services Representatives either by email or by phone.

We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

B. International Shipping Policy

  1. International shipping is available from the MSA.
  2. To obtain a free quote or to order simply register an account, selecting your country.
  3. Whilst logged in to your account any products added to your cart will show a shipping price.
  4. You can remove the items from your cart at any time before checkout and you are under no obligation to proceed with the order before payment.
  5. Prices quoted for shipping via our software are relative to the country selected.
  6. We use DHL/Royal Mail and other reliable couriers.
  7. While delivery times may vary, they will normally be delivered in 7 working days.
  8. Delivery to non EU countries may incur import duties and taxes. MSA cannot be held liable for any extra duties or taxes that are charged by Customs and Excise. Claiming back VAT is the responsibility of the customer.

C. Product Pricing & descriptions

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

D. Sale Item Disclaimer

We have very limited stock of our sale items, and we will not be taking back orders on any of these items. A product may sell out during time you have placed your order and when we try to fulfill it. If this does happen we will contact you within 3 days with an alternative item or refund your money.

E. Promotional Code Disclaimer

You can use published promotional codes through our order line and website only and not in conjunction with any other offer. You can participate in offers once only. P&P, gift vouchers and sale items are excluded from offers. These offers are not for resale or publication and only apply to personal orders with all orders being subject to acceptance under MSA standard terms and conditions - orders that are considered to be commercial may be excluded from the offer.

F. Payment

Payment for all orders is at point of sale and not at point of dispatch.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold.

To be eligible to purchase products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:

  1. Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
  2. Be over 18 years of age
  3. Stipulate a delivery address. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable
  4. Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us


By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

G. Use of equipment

Please note that fitness equipment must at all times be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Please consult your Doctor if you have any doubt as to the suitability of the exercise you are undertaking. Any items with manufacturer’s warranty, is passed on to the customer. Master Sken Academy has no control over the terms of the warranty and we would advise you the customer to complete any necessary documentation as specified by the manufacturer. Any guarantees and warranties offered are in addition to the consumer’s statutory rights. We recommend that before undertaking a new fitness regime to consult your doctor.

H. 30-day Returns Guarantee

Master Sken Academy  30-day* returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing must have labels attached) together with the invoice and delivery slip and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item - see our Refunds Policy. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty.

MP3 Downloads cannot be returned after purchase. If you are experiencing an issue with an MP3 download from Master Sken Academy, please contact us.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.


We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect (however, click here to find out what to do if you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item).

I. Return and Refund Policy

While we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will want to return some items. Please fill in the returns form that is sent with your order. Post the items back to:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note. Please wrap the items very securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.

We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
