Grand Master Sken MTQ Muay Thai Instructors Course

Our instructors have over 40 years of combined experience of teaching students, instructors, professionals and international champions. Our fully insured CRB Grand Master Sken MTQ qualified instructors provide classes that are engaging and enjoyable whilst retaining a focus on developing fitness, core skills and mental discipline. We run a wide variety of classes each week so there will always be something that suits you, whether you're a beginner, experienced fighter or an instructor. Grandmaster Sken Kaewpadung  Founder of MSA Affiliate Instructors

Grandmaster Sken is the Chief Instructor at the Master Sken Academy. He was one of the first Thai Masters to bring the art of Muay Thai over to the west over 32 years ago. His knowledge of Muay Thai and Muay Boran is comprehensive and yet he endeavours to keep on learning and adapting his fighting system. Even among his peers, he is one of the most respected and valued teachers in the world. His teaching and training methods have produced numerous exceptional coaches and (World, European and British) champions in Muay Thai and western boxing.

Kru Trevor Hine - 3rd Degree

Kru Trevor Hine started training Muay Thai in 1985 and pursued a successful fighting career becoming a triple British Champion in three different weight categories.  Trevor runs his own well established classes for both adults and children in Chorley Lancashire where he uses his wealth of knowledge and experience when teaching his students. He continues to develop his skills under the guidance of Grand Master Sken.

MSA Ultimate Martial Arts Academy

Kru Sean Smith - 3rd Degree

I started Martial Arts when I was 4 years old, my father taught me Kung Fu. At the age of seven, I started Shotakan Karate then went into boxing from the ages of 10 to 12., my biggest interest was in Wadoryu Karate which I progressed rapidly with training I was training7 days a week, mixed with weight training, I found myself getting stronger, day by day.After winning many national and international Karate championships, in 1996, I started mixing my styles and learning new ones. After 5 to 6 years, I started fighting again and went into Cage Fighting and Valetudo. After having amateur and semi-pro fights, my love for Muay Thai Boxing / Grappling increased as I found these two combined the most effective system of all.
