Delivery Times
UK delivery usually takes 3-5 working days from the date of posting.

If there are any problems concerning your order?
To reduce delays in dispatching your order, please contact us as soon as possible as this may result in a delay dispatching the order. Once you have contacted us one of our Sales Team will contact you by the email address stated on the order.

Delivery Costs
The delivery cost is calculated based on the delivery address and the total weight of the order.

Lost and Undelivered Items
Please inform us within 14 days of the expected delivery date if you have not received your order. If an item is lost during the delivery process we will track the lost item on your behalf. After seven days if the item has still not been traced we will replace the item after this period.
